My overall experience at the hotel was good. The staff was very polite and helpful, the room was clean, and the service was fast. However, I did face a water issue — when I entered the washroom, there was no water available for bathing, which was quite inconvenient. Apart from that, everything else was satisfactory

I did not stay at this place. Poor hygiene and broken doors and dirty curtains and stained bedsheets and poor dining area. Please refund my booking. I had a word with the manager there “abhishek” he said raise refund and he will approve. I tried calling customer care with no response from “make my 訂房網站” team. Please take action and respond. Thanks
